Non-governmental organizations were given the opportunity to present their views on gender disparities in school achievement, either with relation to kindergarden and primary education, or higher education, labour market and society. After the presentations followed a joint discussion, and the organizations were encouraged to send in written contributions to the Commission.
Many valuable views were presented, and will be communicated to the rest of the Commission.
